I was talking to Nathan about Susan Boyle last night, and he mentioned Paul Potts. Have you ever heard of him? He has a similar story on the same show on a different season. He steps on stage as a cell phone warehouse worker, and says he wants to sing opera. Then he does.
Not to spoil the story, but he ended up winning the show that season.
